Back in 2011, I got the chance to star in a music video for local singer, Nacho Dog. It was shot over two evenings around Newcastle quayside, and was a lot of fun to make.
I always remember having to do a kiss scene with a fellow actress, where we would cross the road and stop in the middle of it and kiss. This was the first time I kissed somebody on camera. I don’t know if it went well haha!
Something I also remember is that I missed the opening night, which to this day I’m gutted about.
I’d never been to a premiere for something I had starred in, so missing the chance to attend my first was disappointing to say the least, but unfortunately I was working.
Nevertheless, when I got to see the video, I loved it.
It was amazing what director Javi Sobremazas was able to produce considering the pretty much zero budget. Looking back, I wish I had chosen different outfits, ones that would have shown off my build, but I guess these were the style of the time.
Anyhow, here it is. The other actor is Emma Johnson, who came from Scotland just to be in this video.
